Without judgement

You are not doing everything wrong

Your dog may pull, struggle to settle, become overwhelmed or react fearfully. Meanwhile, the internet offers hundreds of conflicting solutions.

Common challenges

  • Stress and overstimulation
  • Pulling on the lead
  • Difficulty settling down
  • Fear and uncertainty
  • Puppy upbringing

We start small

Feeling overwhelmed is a normal response. Nearly every dog owner has felt this way at some point.

We first understand what is happening, then turn that insight into manageable steps that fit your daily life.

What Kira taught me

Behaviour is more than upbringing

Kira came to me as a puppy, grew up in a safe environment and was well socialised. Yet she still found it difficult to release stress and settle.

She taught me that behaviour does not only come from trauma or upbringing. Biology, sensory processing and character matter too.

That is why I look at the whole dog, the owner and the relationship between them. The goal is not obedience for its own sake, but a balance that allows you to move forward together.

I do not need to follow you to the top

Guidance is successful when you have the insight, practical tools and confidence to continue without me.

Correct as little as possible

Only intervene clearly when human or canine safety truly requires it.

Teach instead of punish

I believe in guidance and rewards that protect the bond with your dog.

Realistic for daily life

You do not need to train twenty-four hours a day to move forward.

Thanks to you we understand Rocky's behaviour much better, and we're learning how to handle it too. You're so pleasant to work with — time flies by.

Rocky's owner

Explains everything with endless patience until you really get it — and then once more. I've learned so much about noticing the small signals from my dog.
